The Echo is MemberSuite's virtual event experiences solution that brings together VirBELA's powerful virtual world with Event Farm's event engagement platform to facilitate real-life human connections. The 3D virtual venue can be accessed by downloading an application to your PC or Mac computer. The instructions to download the campus application will be emailed a few days before the event. 

For help with installation, contact support@eventfarm.com. Please note the use of headphones with a built-in microphone is critical to reduce sound feedback and provide the best experience.

What's included with the Registration fee?
The registration ticket includes full access from the Welcome Reception to the Customer Appreciation Closing event. It also includes access to all pre and post-conference Office Hours. (Note: Advanced User Training and Beginner Bootcamp are not included.
What if I registered for the May event, do I need to register again for the rescheduled September conference?
No. Your registration and training fees have been transferred to the new dates and there is no action needed on your end.
How does the virtual conference work?
September 24th - You will receive an email from us with instructions on how to download the virtual venue application to your PC or Mac computer. Please note that if you are using your work laptop, your organization’s firewall might block the application installation. Allow enough time to reach out to IT for assistance or use a personal laptop. For additional help, contact support@eventfarm.com.

September 28th - Log into the application to check-in, pick your avatar’s outfit, and explore. This is a day to get to know the virtual venue and meet our MemberSuite experts if you scheduled pre-conference Office Hours.

September 29th - If you purchased Advanced User Training or Beginner Bootcamp, join us at 10:30am EDT. Otherwise, meet our MemberSuite experts if you scheduled Office Hours during the day, and join us later to kick-off the conference at our Welcome Reception.

September 30th and October 1st - Join us for two full days of learning and networking and don’t miss the fun closing we have planned on October 1st to wrap up the conference with some live music.

October 2nd - If you want to meet with a MemberSuite expert to find out how to apply something you learned at the conference, our team will be available for post-conference (scheduled) Office Hours.
What should I expect as an attendee?
Learning, networking, and fun. This platform is very unique in its ability to facilitate networking and interaction using 3D audio and private conversation areas. We highly encourage you to walk up to people like you would at any conference, introduce yourself and start chatting!
I've attended previous virtual events hosted by MemberSuite/Event Farm. Do I still need to download the application?
It depends. If you attended The Hangout during ASAE in August you do not need to download a new application. If you attended previous events such as a Taste of Engage, Empower Series, Virtual Summit, or Echo Sesh, you do need to download a new application as Engage is being hosted on our newest virtual campus.

In other words, if the application on your desktop is called “The Echo” and has an “e” icon, you do not have to download a new one. With that said, you can use the same account credentials you created previously for any event to log in.
Do I need any specific hardware to attend the event?
Just a desktop computer or laptop (PC or Mac) that can install applications and has access to the internet. We also strongly encourage the use of a headset or headphones with a built-in microphone to avoid sound feedback when you are talking with others.
What is your cancellation policy?
We want to assure you that Engage is a go for September 2020. With that said, in the unexpected event that the user conference is fully cancelled, we will issue refunds to all registrants. If the event is postponed for any reason, your registration and training fees will be carried over to the new date and we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions please contact us at marketing@membersuite.com and Cc your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Consultant.
What if I registered for the May event and can’t attend on the new September dates?
Please email marketing@membersuite.com (and Cc your Customer Success Manager or your Implementation Consultant) with your request to transfer your registration to a colleague. We will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
What should I do if I booked the Emory Hotel?
Once the event went virtual, the hotel automatically cancelled all reservations that were associated with our room block. Please call the hotel directly if you need confirmation or have any questions at 404-712-6565.
What is the Conference attire?
Express yourself! Your avatar will have a closet full of options.
